Holleyman

 30 rounds for time of:
5 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
3 Handstand push-ups

225 pound Power clean, 1 rep

    “Hollyman” really should be called “Hollyshit”. I suck at power cleans, so I compensated proper movement for acting like an neanderthal.

    The only reason i made it through this WOD was beacuse of BRAIN’S amazing voice in the back ground coaching me along.
