Standing Good Morning 3×6-8

 

10 Rounds (5 Per Side)

10 L Kettlebell Walking Lunges (KB is Front  Racked)

10 L Kettlebell Snatches

10 L Kettlebell Push Presses

10 R Kettlebell Walking Lunges (KB is Front  Racked)

10 R Kettlebell Snatches

10 R Kettlebell Push Presses

Repeat x5 times a side for 10 TOTAL Rounds
