B.) Take 85% of A. and in 1 attempt do as many reps as you possibly can.
C.) Sled Pull Sprint
Partner Up as needed
P1: Sprints to the “beginning of the dark patch of ash-vault” and back
P2-3: Rests
Mobility: Lower Body Foam Rolling

Oly work @ 6pm. Worked on snatches & cleans. Kept them high to avoid back strain. Need to move hips faster. That’s about it.
