To ensure that every member is working out safely, we provide a 4-session beginner’s course called the On-Ramp program. This program runs weekly.

Olympic Lifting

Have a passion for olympic weightlifting and capable of meeting the minimum standard lift totals, you're on the team! Led by our resident expert, Isaac Smith.

Exertion Kids

Crossfit is fun for all ages!! At CFX we run classes for three different age groups, including 5-8 year olds, 9-12 year olds and 13-16 year olds. Classes starting soon.
